CHARACTERISTICS
The product has a pleasantly intense wheat smell. The use of toasted bran increases the fibre content in the finished product. Toasted bran can be used in the preparation of different types of bread, pizza or biscuits, and is particularly useful in products that should keep for a long time (bread sticks, crackers, biscuits, dry pasta, sandwich loaf).

SUGGESTIONS FOR USE
amounts ranging from 5 to 15% of the flour weight.

Heat stabilized common wheat bran with a high percentage of group B vitamin, vegetable protein and mineral salts.
