When added to recipes and bakery products, it improves their nutritional profile increasing the amount of protein.
With its fresh and sweet flavour, it is ideal in combination with Petra to enrich leavened products with minerals, protein, vitamin and enzymes that are more bio-available (on average 70% more compared to non-germinated products). The germination process reduces flatulence by up to 50%.
